Margie Abbott Hosts MND Fundraiser At Kiribilli House

19 Apr 2015

Mrs. Margie Abbott acts as Patron and supporter for numerous Australian charities.

We are priveledged to have Margie as the Patron of The Deb Bailey Foundation.

In March this year, Margie kindly hosted an afternoon tea at Kirribilli House that raised much needed funds for Motor Neurone Disease Research.

Proceeds from sale of jewelery at the event has been handed on to the Dean of Medicine at Macquarie University to support their Deb Bailey MND Research Laboratory.

The Jewellery was generously donated by Betty Lee of Bower Haus and was especially designed for the event.

You can read more about our Foundation and Margie Abbott’s charity work in a wonderful article in this Aprils edition of The Womans Weekly.
